Why Seal coat?

Seal coating helps protect against the damaging effects of the sun, from chemical attack by petroleum products and road deicer, and from water penetration, which can cause the pavement to crack and fail. Sealcoating can significantly prolong the life of your pavement, and keep it looking like new.

Preserve, Protect, and Beautify your Pavement

Seal coating is a protective film that will wear away over time, particularly in high wear areas like wheel paths. A good rule of thumb is to have your pavement seal coated every one to three years. This provides a consistently high level of protection for the pavement, ensuring that it will last longer. Many TopWestasphalt customers have their pavement maintained every year, to refresh the Black appearance.
